The HERAS project supports the modernisation of education policies, systems and institutions in Kosovo, to help improve the educational landscape. Building the capacities of higher education institutions helps to provide students with an education that is more aligned to the needs of the labour market and society and better prepares them to tackle the challenges of the modern world.
