FHR visit to the Serbian National Commission for Accreditation and Quality Control
Belgrade. On June 26-27, within the framework of the project Support to the Serbian Accreditation Agency, financed by the Austrian Development Cooperation, representatives of the Austrian FHR – Fachhochschulrat visited the Serbian National Commission for Accreditation and Quality Control.
The FHR was represented by Dr Kurt Sohm – Managing Director, Dr Michael Kraft and Dr Maria Weber, while the Serbian National Commission for Accreditation and Quality Control was represented by Dr Milan Aleksic, Dr Vera Dondur and Dr Vera Kovacevic-Vujcic. Mr Goran Ostojic – Regional Manager and Mr Dusan Bugarski – Head of Belgrade Office were present on behalf of WUS Austria.
During a two-day workshop, the participants had the opportunity to address various topics related to institutions, structure and procedures relevant for accreditation and quality control and discuss the Austrian experience in these fields.
This visit was the first step in establishment of cooperation of these two institutions, aiming to support the institutional building on the Serbian side, and will continue with a return visit of the Serbian delegation to Vienna.
