SAVE project kick off meeting
Representatives of partner organisations from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania and Serbia presented their organisations and the activities for which they are responsible in the project. During the meeting issues related to the implementation and methodology to be applied were discussed and several workshops were organized. The goal of the first workshop was to define target groups, possible ways of approaching them and attracting the necessary number as described for activity no 1: Desk Analysis and Needs Assessment. The second workshop was organized by WUS Austria in order to analyse with the partners possible risks and how they can be mitigated.
After the kick off meeting the consortium members attended a Euroleague basketball game between Žalgiris and Khimki in the Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas. For further information about the project click here.
