MLS4ENG - Multiplier Event and Final Project Meeting, Skopje, Macedonia
Skopje. On 12 June 2017 a multiplier event of the Erasmus+ project Professional Development Courses for Engineering Management and Leadership Skills took place in Skopje.
With this project, the project partners were trying to provide Engineering Managers with generic skills required to work in a modern, rapidly changing business environment. The core task of WUS Austria was to support the development of the training curriculum – in particular to provide support to the curriculum framework and the contents, evaluated the results achieved and give recommendations for improvement. It can be concluded that this project has laid a solid foundation in promoting innovative and sustainable approaches to engineering managers by using practical examples and exercises. Durig the event which was organized by the coordinating organisation Institute for Research in Environment, Civil Engineering and Energy (IECE) the key project achievements were presented and first generation of Macedonian participants that succesfully finnished the pilot course were awarded with cerfiticates.
