University of Prishtina: Inauguration of Info-terminals
Prishtina. On 20 December 2013 the Rector of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” (UP) inaugurated the info-terminals, a donation for the UP in the frame of the Tempus project “Competence @ University of Prishtina” (CUP). Present at this event were professors, students, representatives of organizations. The event was covered by different electronic and printed media.
The aim of the project CUP is to provide means for adapting university curricula to the needs of the labor market in order to boost regional economic development and to enhance the employability of their graduates, for the benefit of the society as a whole. Therefore a “Competence and Observation Center” (COC) has been established at the campus of the University of Prishtina . Info terminals have been placed at strategic locations of the UP campus for students, professors and visitors of UP in order for them to have easy access to information about the courses offered at the university.
