QUADRIGA_ study tour and consortium meeting at the University of the Algarve

Faro. A study visit and consortium meeting took place in Faro, Portugal with participants from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, including also partners from the European Union (University of Koblenz, WUS Austria). The project contributes to the development of National Qualification Frameworks in the partner countries in Central Asia.

 

During the visit the following topcis were discussed:

  • updates on project implementation at the project partners' institutions 
  • challenges in the development of National Qualification Frameworks
  • Quality Assurance and the establishing of databases

 

WUS Austria inter alia presented the methodology which was developed under the Tempus project COMPETENCE -Matching competences in higher education and economy: From competence catalogue to strategy and curriculum development; which is also used in the running project Competence at University of Prishtina.
