Tempus Kick-Off Meeting: "JOINSEE – Example of Excellence for Joint (Degree) Programme Development in South Eastern Europe”

Graz. From February 2-4, 2009, the kick-off meeting for the new Tempus project JOINSEE took place at the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. Almost 90 representatives from 22 international project partners were present at the Aula. The project aims at transferring multi-lateral know-how in the development of curricula for joint or double degree programmes by developing and implementing four joint (degree) programmes in the Western Balkan region.

For that purpose specific workshops for each joint (degree) programme took place as well as several task force meetings focussing on various topics in the field of curriculum development in general (mobility, administrative issues, quality assurance, student services etc.). WUS Austria is in charge of the financial coordination of the project and therefore presented financial guidelines and procedures to all consortium members to initiate a smooth project implementation in financial matters.
