Austrian Federal Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Elisabeth Gehrer, at ACCESS Center in Sarajevo
In the frame of the official visit to B&H, the Austrian Federal Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Elisabeth Gehrer, visited the ACCESS Center on June 15th 2006. On this occasion, the Austrian Delegation visited the Faculty of Mechanics of the University of Sarajevo. Elisabeth Gehrer also visited the offices of WUS Austria and SUS BiH at the ACCESS Center which was reconstructed with the financial support of the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ceremonially opened on November 23rd 2000.
During the visit, presentations were held by the WUS Austria Sarajevo office and by SUS BiH. A round table about possibilities of further future cooperation between WUS Austria, SUS BiH and the Austrian government was organized after the presentations.
Besides this, Mrs. Gehrer and her delegation visited the facilities of the Center for Human Rights, the Student's eFM radio and NIP FP6 which are also located at the Campus of the University of Sarajevo.
