Call for Experts: Mid-Term Evaluation of the SHER Project (Kosovo)
WUS Austria is launching a call for experienced experts to carry out the mid-term evaluation of the project “Sustainable Higher Education and Research in Kosovo (SHER)”, implemented in cooperation with ZSI and OeAD.
The evaluation will assess the project’s progress, results, and implementation to date, with a particular focus on relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability, in line with OECD DAC criteria.
Interested experts are invited to consult the Terms of Reference (ToR) for detailed information on the scope of work, requirements, timeline, and submission procedure.
The logframe and social standard appraisal referenced as annexes in the ToR will be provided upon request at: louise.sperl@wus-austria.org
