One Month Study Visits to Austria for University Graduates
Unfortunately the OMV programme will very probably be ended by the responsible Ministry. Negotiations are still in progress but a continuation of the program is not very likely. We will put any news regarding the OMV online as soon as possible.
Support to Reforms of Higher Education
The "Support to Reforms of Higher Education" programmes, financed by the Austrian Development Cooperation, aim at reforming the Higher Education Systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo and Serbia with the help of various measures (sub components). These sub components are in some cases the same for all 4 different countries, in other cases they are tailor made for the specific Higher Education Systems of each individual country. Below you can find the different subcomponents listed according to their target area.
The main objective of the project is to establish and/or strengthen the Quality Assurance Systems at eleven Private Higher Education Institutions in Kosovo. The objectives of the project currently represent a top priority for Kosovo, more specifically for the Ministry of Education Science and Technology. Strengthening the QA systems at these universities will significantly contribute to improvements in teaching and learning opportunities and administrative processes. Self-assessment procedures, establishing of a QA structure (including personnel), regular activities (e.g. Quality Assurance Day) and awareness raising constitute the core of the project.
