Membership: Natural persons, legal entities and organisations can become members of WUS Austria;

Bodies of the association: General assembly, board, advisory council, auditors and arbitration court.

Structure

The board of WUS Austria is elected by the general assembly for duration of one year. Whereas the general assembly is in charge of the strategic orientation of the association, the executive board is responsible for managing the activities.

Since 12^th March 2009 the board consists of:
